This is a varied role supporting the Director and wider sales team, combining traditional executive support with business operations and property administration.
This is a full-time position offering hybrid working with one day from home, alongside an excellent holiday allowance and a great benefits package.
The Role:
- Providing occasional PA support to the CEO
- Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
- Sales support for the negotiators
- Preparing Terms of Business, Sales Memorandums and other property documentation
- Managing property records, client information and sales progression using Reapit CRM
- Supporting day-to-day office and business operations
- Maintain office systems, processes and records
- Managing office supplies, facilities and general administrative requirements
- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
- Coordinating company events, team meetings and social activities

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a PA, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator or Administrator
- Estate agency/property experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of business operations and administration
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Experience using Reapit would be advantageous
- Able to work independently while being a strong team player
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a successful and well-established business in a central London location, offering a competitive salary of £45,000–£50,000 depending on experience, alongside an attractive benefits package.
