Operations Coordinator | Wimborne | Full Time | Starting Salary £12.71 per Hour
About Equinox Group:
Equinox Group is a quality-focused print and print fulfilment partner, supplying businesses across Dorset and the wider UK. We help customers get the right specification, check artwork files, coordinate/fulfil print projects and deliver reliably. We're practical, organised and we take pride in making print straightforward for our clients and something they are proud of.
The Role:
We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of customer jobs, from enquiry through to dispatch. This is a hands-on coordination role, not an in-house print production role.
This position is initially temporary, with payroll processed through our recruitment partner Rubicon and the view for the role to become permanent over time. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career with a strong local business, not a short-term stop gap.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
