Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator (Remote) to join our team.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will help keep field operations running smoothly by coordinating schedules, managing absence and vacation coverage, supporting health and safety initiatives, and leveraging operational data to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making.

This is a remote-based position within the U.K., with occasional travel requirements of up to 10%.

The role follows a 3-2-2-3 shift pattern to provide consistent support and coverage across the Service business.

You Will

  • Coordinate regional staff schedules to ensure seamless service coverage and operational efficiency.

  • Maintain a network of associates and contractors to provide workforce flexibility when needed.
  • Track attendance, payroll-related schedule changes, and workforce coverage requirements.
  • Support Health & Safety initiatives, including incident reporting, investigations, and compliance monitoring.
  • Analyze operational and safety data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and distribute performance, compliance, and customer reports to key stakeholders.
  • Assist with workforce planning, recruitment approvals, and resource management activities.
  • Maintain geofencing and regional coverage systems to support field operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
