Operations Co-ordinator

2 days in the office | £40 - 45,000 + benefits

We’re working with a purpose-led organisation operating within the smart energy space to appoint an Operations Co-ordinator to support a key project focused on improving smart metering access across multi-occupancy buildings.

This is a really interesting opportunity to be part of a growing programme of work, supporting the delivery of a service that plays a role in the transition to a smarter, more sustainable energy sector. You’ll sit at the centre of the project, coordinating activity, managing stakeholders and ensuring everything is running smoothly day to day.

The role will involve:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day delivery of cases within a complex project environment
  • Working closely with external partners and suppliers to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed timelines and SLAs
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation throughout the lifecycle
  • Supporting planning, scheduling and reporting of project activity
  • Gathering, analysing and validating data to support delivery
  • Managing queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating where needed
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc project and operational tasks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
