Role Description

The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Solihull. This role involves coordinating daily security operations, including scheduling guards, managing rotas, and ensuring coverage across client sites. The Operations Coordinator will maintain accurate administrative records, support key holding and response logistics, and handle queries from clients and personnel. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring service delivery, addressing operational issues, preparing reports, and supporting compliance with SIA and company standards. The role also requires close collaboration with management and field staff to ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations.
