Rise Art shares the stories and perspectives of outstanding contemporary artists with a global audience. Based in London and Bordeaux, we work across physical and digital platforms to connect collectors with exceptional art and support artists in developing their careers worldwide.
Following collaborations with Soho House & Co, Glenfiddich, and British Airways, Rise Art is entering an exciting new growth phase. We are now looking for an ambitious, highly organised and proactive Operations & Customer Service Associate to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our collectors and artists across Europe.
About the Role
Working within our customer care and registrar function, the successful candidate will oversee the day to day execution of an incredibly diverse role that requires outstanding organizational and time management skills along with a strong passion to serve the customer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and delivering exceptional pre and post sales customer service that delights our customers. You’ll execute and improve our existing delivery and returns process to build trust and repeat conversions within our collector base.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent pre- and post-sale support to our customers, ensuring every interaction with Rise Art is a positive one.
- Work closely with our artists, suppliers and courier partners to coordinate the smooth and timely fulfilment of orders.
- Support our phone, email and chat channels, responding to enquiries from customers, artists and suppliers across our international markets.
- Assist prospective customers with artwork enquiries, purchases and delivery, providing thoughtful and knowledgeable support throughout their journey with Rise Art.
- Support our Operations & Customer Service Lead in improving the processes and systems that underpin the customer and artist experience.
About you:
- Strong academic background, outstanding organization and administration skills.
- Customer Service oriented. Comfortable speaking on the phone, outgoing and eager to work with people on a daily basis.
- Excellent command of English, taking pride in clear, consistent and friendly communication.
- Solutions focused, with a practical and constructive approach to problem solving.
- Tech Savvy – Impress us with your online and computer skills. The ability to navigate your way around large volumes of data and work with complex spreadsheets is essential.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with a readiness to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing start up.
- Experience within a client facing and support role or order fulfillment is desirable.
