About Homz
Homz is an award-winning digital planning and architectural consultancy, providing a streamlined, end-to-end solution for managing council applications across the UK. Working with homeowners, developers and businesses nationwide, our team of town planners, architects and specialist consultants delivers planning and architectural services across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations and Customer Success Supervisor to become the central point of coordination across the business, ensuring projects run smoothly, clients remain informed, and our consultants deliver work to the highest standards.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on operational leadership role. You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of our project delivery, ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience while keeping our internal teams accountable to deadlines and service standards.
You will become the bridge between clients and our planning, architectural and specialist consultant teams, proactively identifying issues before they become problems.
This role is designed to remove the operational workload from the Managing Director, allowing the business to scale through strong systems, communication and accountability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
