Operations Director
I’m recruiting an Operations Director for an established food business with a substantial primary processing operation in North Lincolnshire.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a site employing around 300 people. The business has already invested significantly in the operation, with a further phase of infrastructure investment planned. You will help turn that investment into sustained improvements in safety, quality, service, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Work across production, technical, engineering, and hygiene to improve processes, reduce waste, and strengthen reliability.
- Develop the site leadership team, build engagement, and create an environment where colleagues can contribute to change.
- Be close to the operation and commercially aware.
- Comfortable using performance data to set priorities and deliver improvements by bringing people along.

- People-oriented leader with senior experience in primary food processing.
