Operations Director
£160,000–£180,000 + Executive Package
Midlands / South West (M4/M5 Corridor)

We're partnering with a successful, privately owned business to appoint an Operations Director who can build on an already strong operational platform and help drive the next phase of growth. This isn't a turnaround. It's an opportunity to make a great business even better.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have responsibility for a complex, multi-site operation, leading operational strategy, developing high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to leverage technology, improve efficiency and enhance customer service.

- Thrives in entrepreneurial businesses where collaboration, pace and accountability are valued.
