Operations Director
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus + Equity Opportunity
About the Opportunity
My client is a well-funded, London-based creative business entering an exciting phase of growth. Backed by experienced investors and led by an ambitious leadership team, they are building a modern agency designed for the next generation of brands.
As they scale, they are seeking an exceptional Operations Director to help shape the business, build operational excellence, and create the foundations for sustainable long-term growth.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and have genuine influence over strategy, culture, commercial performance, and organisational design.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Founder and working closely with the leadership team, the Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business while helping translate strategic vision into execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the agency operates efficiently, scales effectively, and delivers outstanding results for both clients and employees.
This role combines operational leadership, commercial management, and organisational development, requiring someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to solve problems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
