About the Role
The future of hospitality will be shaped by leaders who think differently, embrace new ideas and create experiences that deliver both customer loyalty and commercial success.
We're looking for an exceptional Operations Director whose career has been built across varied hospitality environments, bringing a wealth of perspectives, insights and experiences that can inspire innovation and unlock new opportunities for growth.
Whether your background is in luxury hotels, stadia and arenas, premium restaurant groups, universities, independent hospitality businesses, country house hotels, private members' clubs, visitor attractions or estate management, we want to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who combines outstanding commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset, someone who sees opportunities where others see constraints and who believes great hospitality is a powerful driver of business success.
This is far more than an operational role.
We're looking for a leader who can inspire teams to think differently, build high-performing cultures and identify new opportunities to drive revenue, profitability and customer engagement. You will have the freedom to challenge convention, introduce new ideas and help shape the next chapter of our business.
Why Join Us?
This is a rare opportunity for a hospitality leader to bring a fresh perspective to an established and ambitious business.
We don't want someone who simply maintains the status quo.
We want a commercially minded, collaborative and entrepreneurial leader who will challenge us, inspire our people and help us unlock the next stage of growth.
If you have built your career creating successful hospitality businesses, developing outstanding teams and delivering exceptional commercial results, we'd love to hear from you.
Hospitality experience is essential. Contract catering experience is not. In fact, a different perspective is exactly what we're looking for.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
