Operations Director – Commercial Projects

Location: London

The Shore Group have been appointed on behalf of one of London's most respected construction businesses, renowned for delivering some of the capital's most challenging commercial refurbishment, retrofit and cut & carve projects. Their reputation has been built on taking on schemes that others won't, solving complex delivery challenges and consistently exceeding client expectations.

Following sustained growth and a record order book, they are now seeking an Operations Director to take ownership of a significant portfolio of major projects and play a central role in shaping the next chapter of the business.

This is not simply another operational leadership position.

This is an opportunity to influence strategy, develop future leaders, drive business performance and leave a lasting mark on a division that is already recognised as one of the strongest performers in its sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
