The company
Established over 15 years ago with a successful, profitable track record working with (mostly) public sector customers delivering projects in the £2m to £15m range. Using off site manufacturing the business has been able to achieve rapid, high quality project completions and a very high rate of repeat business, often by direct award rather than competitive tender.
The Role
Broad based, the key priority is to lead the delivery team in achieving safe, high-quality project delivery that is on time and within budget.
This will include pre-contract input; building relationships with client teams and sub contractors; overseeing off site production and leading on site construction through a team of Project Managers.

The Individual
We are looking for skills and experience including;
- Recognised construction qualification, for example a degree in Building, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
- A track record demonstrating career progress with increasing responsibility with building contractors. This must include a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience and significant ‘hands on’ Project Management.
- Experience of delivering multiple projects with the same client in a framework/alliance structure is preferred.
- Note – the base is in Gloucestershire and you will need to be within commuting distance, or willing to relocate to the area. Travel to clients and sites (UK wide) will be required.
