Operations Director - Corporate Reception - London - £70k
Are you an experienced Operations Manager or Operations Director from a premium Corporate Reception business looking for a new role? Are you all about the client journey and providing a first-class service to all of your guests and encourage your team to do the same? If the answers are yes, then I want to hear from you.
I am currently recruiting an Operations Director to oversee the smooth running of the guest services within some of London’s most stunning offices, which have the feel of a 5* Hotel. This will include the Visitor Reception, Business Lounge, Communal Working Spaces and meeting rooms system management.

As the Operations Director you will be responsible for all Guest Services across multiple different contracts, working with the Operations Managers’ and Guest Services Managers’ of each location to deliver the very best levels of customer service.
You will also work closely with the sales team, supporting them with presentations to grow and develop the business portfolio.

The ideal Operations Director will have the following skills/ experience;
- Currently working in a 5* Hotel or High-end corporate reception
- Managed teams across multiple locations
- Exemplary stakeholder management
- Strong presentation skills
