An excellent opportunity to join a thriving fit out business in the specialist Hotels, Hospitality and Catering sectors. We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the delivery teams for this highly successful and progressive business operating throughout London. As Operations Director you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of delivery through your Project Directors and site teams.
Typically there are in excess of 15 live sites at any one time and you will be responsible along with the work winning team for maintaining and managing a healthy workflow, planning all resources, ensuring accurate and realistic programming and working on behalf of the company and its clients to maintain and further develop relationships with all stakeholders.

Ideally candidates will be from the London Fit Out sector, and have experience in the fast-paced sector, understanding the demands and needs for some unsociable working if required for the successful execution of project tasks.

Requirements
- Recent relevant experience in the Fit Out sector, working on projects up to £10m in value.
- Hands on and "Can Do" attitude
- Living in daily commute of Central London
- Available to commence a new role within 2 months
