Sponsorship Licence Business Justification Statement
Our organisation is experiencing rapid growth in the UK property market, particularly within the overseas investor segment. A significant proportion of our clients are High-Net-Worth individuals and families from the Gulf region, specifically Kuwait, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. The majority of these clients are native Arabic speakers and prefer to communicate in Arabic throughout the property acquisition and rental process, especially when dealing with legal documents, financial transactions, tenancy negotiations, and property management services.
To continue serving this client base effectively and compliantly, we require specialist staff with native-level Arabic language skills and a deep understanding of Middle Eastern culture and customer expectations. These skills are essential for:
- Accurate communication and translation during property transactions
- Providing culturally-aware customer service to high-value clients
- Managing sensitive financial and legal discussions
- Building and maintaining relationships with overseas investors
- Supporting business expansion into new Middle Eastern markets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Despite our continuous local recruitment efforts, we have been unable to find UK-based candidates with the required combination of Arabic fluency, cultural understanding, and professional property-market experience. As a result, we are seeking to recruit qualified overseas talent who can fulfil this role, support our international clients, and contribute to further business growth in the UK.
Obtaining a Sponsorship Licence will enable us to hire the specialist skills necessary to remain competitive, expand our services, and continue contributing to the UK economy through increased property transactions, tax contributions, and job creation.
