Operations Director - Family and Clinical Support Services Division
We are seeking to appoint a new Operations Director to our Family and Clinical Support Services Division. The Family and Clinical Support Services Division is one of three operational divisions in the Trust. It covers all aspects of Family and Clinical Support Services including Maternity, Child Health, therapies and private patients across the Trust’s three hospital sites Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover. Total divisional budget to manage £168m and a staff group of 1900.
As the Director of Operations, you will lead the day to day operational management of the Division, ensuring it meets the needs of our patients, and achieves set and agreed standards, financial targets and levels of performance. You will be responsible to assure performance in quality, operational standards and delivery by providing and ensuring robust and visible leadership to operational teams, ensuring safe, high quality and efficient service delivery. You will also seek, share and drive opportunities to deliver operational performance and transformational improvement, contributing to the overall success of the Division.
The successful individual will be an astute, driven, flexible and determined individual who has a proven history of successful relationship building in order to deliver our strategy. You will have a strong track record of delivery and be considered inspirational and engaging by both staff and external partners.
