Job Description

Join OMD EMEA’s team and help shape the future of one of the world’s fastest-growing consumer brands. Working across Shark Ninja EMEA, you'll play a pivotal role in driving integrated, social-first marketing strategies that connect audiences across paid, owned and earned channels, helping fuel growth across Europe and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to influence high-profile campaigns, collaborate with international markets, and help build best-in-class media and marketing solutions for globally recognised brands including Shark, Ninja and Shark Beauty.

As Operations Director - Integrated Agency Team, you will partner closely with the Social First Strategy Executive Director, leading the operational delivery of key strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless collaboration across media, content, influencer, PR and creative teams. You will work with partner agencies including McCann Content studios and Burson PR, along with potentially a wide range of other Omnicom services such as Fuse. You'll act as a senior client-facing partner, helping drive integrated communications strategies, managing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring campaigns are delivered with agility, consistency and impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
