Operations Director - Office Fit Out

The Shore Group have partnered with an established and highly respected commercial fit out contractor with a strong track record of delivering workplace projects across London.

With an enviable reputation for quality, repeat business and client retention, the company has built a successful £20m business delivering both Design & Build and traditionally procured fit out projects for occupiers, landlords and end-user clients across the capital.

Having established a solid foundation and loyal client base, the business is now entering an exciting new phase of growth. As part of those plans, they are looking to appoint an Operations Director to join the Board and play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the company.

The Role

This is more than a traditional Operations Director appointment.

It is an opportunity for an ambitious operational leader to take their first Board position and use the experience, structure and best practice gained within a larger commercial fit out contractor to help drive the next stage of growth for an established and successful business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
