The Role

• Provide strategic leadership across manufacturing and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that deliver business objectives, optimise performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Drive a culture of process excellence, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage operational budgets, capital expenditure programmes and key performance indicators to maximise operational efficiency and return on investment.
• Lead the introduction of significant CAPEX investment.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Programme Management, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to support new product introductions and business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and the delivery of exceptional service and operational performance.
