Role Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and communicate all the activities in respect of the arrival and departure of aircraft at ABZ, ensuring that the SGS main priorities of Safety, Punctuality and Service are fulfilled.
- Communicate efficiently via ground-to-air with customers and locally with the company radio operating system
- Communicate professionally with other operational centres and with local authorities
- Prepare and publish loadplan and loadsheet to maximise their payload and protect their punctuality.
- To ensure that decisions made by the Duty Station Manager are communicated to all departments and actioned.
- Be fully aware of the Accident and Emergency Procedures and be able to act in accordance with these procedures if necessary.
- Act in accordance with laid down procedures in the event of damage or spillage of Dangerous Goods.
- To ensure compliance of Airport Authority and DTLR rules both by ASIG and by suppliers operating on behalf of ASIG.
- Monitor and report on the service given to ASIG by our suppliers.
- Perform any other administrative or operational duties as may be reasonably required by ABZ Ramp Supervisor or Duty Manager

What we're looking for?

- A good general knowledge of our customers' products and customer service standards.
- Knowledge of Load control procedures,
- ATC procedures.
- Basic PC skills
- Full, clean driving licence.
