Description
The Operations Excellence Manager - Lean Six Sigma will be responsible for:
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and execute strategies for cost optimisation within operations.
- Oversee and improve procurement practices to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve operational goals.
- Report on progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Profile
A successful Operations Excellence Manager - Lean Six Sigma should have:
- Strong expertise in procurement and supply chain management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to identify and implement operational efficiencies.
- Experience in data analysis and monitoring performance metrics.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring skills.

- Salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
