🚨 Operations Executive – Travel | Hybrid
We’re working with an established travel business that is looking for an Operations Executive to join its team.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone organised, detail-focused and keen to build a career within the travel industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the smooth operational delivery of tours
- Managing activity, attraction and excursion bookings
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm services and resolve queries
- Managing amendments, vouchers and tour documentation
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

What we’re looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills
- Confident with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise
- A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn
- Travel, tourism, operations or administration experience would be beneficial, but not essential
