The Opportunity

We're working with a well-established, London-based managed IT service provider to find a strong all-rounder to join their team as an Operations Executive. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who is organised, personable and happy to turn their hand to anything, from answering the phones and coordinating shipments to supporting the team with social media and marketing content.

The Role

You'll be the heart of the office. You'll be the first voice clients and suppliers hear when they call, you'll keep the admin and logistics running behind the scenes, and you'll help tell the business's story through social media and customer case studies.

What You'll Be Doing

Office Administration

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the office
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally, acting as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and visitors
  • Handle post, deliveries, supplies and general office organisation
  • Keep records, documents and internal information accurate and up to date

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
