Operations Executive, seyartech

Location: New Znata, Tripoli, Libya
Type: Full-time

Who We Are

seyartech is Libya's first structured digital vehicle marketplace, connecting car buyers with verified dealerships across the country. We're building the operational backbone that keeps this platform trustworthy, and that starts with the team running it day to day.

The Role

We're looking for an Operations Executive to run the day-to-day operations of the seyartech admin panel. You'll be the gatekeeper of platform quality, reviewing and approving dealer listings, verifying new dealership accounts, and being the first point of contact for dealer requests that need a human decision.

This role is central to keeping seyartech trustworthy. Every listing that goes live, every dealer that gets verified, and every data request that comes in passes through you.

What You'll Do

  • Review and approve or reject vehicle listings submitted by dealers, using our defined quality standards (image quality, price accuracy, completeness, policy compliance)
  • Process dealership KYC applications: review trade licences, proof of address, and verify legitimacy before accounts are activated
  • Handle dealer requests submitted through the admin panel, including:
    • New car make or model additions not yet in our vehicle database
    • Arabic translation corrections for makes, models, and trims
    • Regional naming aliases (for example, Hyundai Grandeur known locally as Azera)
    • General account and listing issues
  • Monitor the moderation queue and act on buyer reports (incorrect information, suspected fraud, inappropriate content)
  • Manage the strike and conduct system for dealers who violate platform policies
  • Keep the vehicle database accurate and up to date, adding missing Chinese brand models as they enter the Libyan market
  • Flag recurring issues or patterns to the founder and technical team
  • Maintain fast, consistent turnaround times on all admin queue items. Our target is same-day review

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
