About The Role
Oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure efficient delivery across all service lines.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operational KPIs and SLA compliance
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Coordinate between teams for seamless delivery
- Prepare operational reports for leadership
- Support resource planning and scheduling
