Our Client
Our client is a growing luxury styling and lifestyle consultancy delivering highly personalised services to an exclusive international clientele.
Combining luxury fashion, exceptional client service and innovative technology, the business is seeking an Operations Executive to play a central role in the day-to-day running of the organisation and support its continued growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on, 360-degree role working closely with the Founder and teams across: Client Relations, Sourcing, Logistics and Finance.
The successful candidate will bring structure, visibility and accountability across the business, overseeing the journey from client request through sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, delivery and returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client orders from sourcing and purchasing through invoicing, delivery and returns.
- Manage invoicing, payments, reconciliations and day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero.
- Maintain accurate financial, client, order and operational records.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including customs, VAT and relevant documentation.
- Track orders, payments, deliveries and returns, proactively resolving issues and outstanding actions.
- Liaise with brands, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as a central point of contact across internal teams and provide clear visibility of operational priorities.
- Identify inefficiencies and support improvements to processes, systems and workflows.

The Successful Candidate
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the confidence to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in operations, order management, finance administration or a similar role.
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial data.
- Have experience with Xero or a similar accounting platform.
- Have strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Be highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be commercially aware and comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.
- Have an interest in luxury fashion and exceptional client service.
- Experience within luxury fashion, retail, e-commerce, personal shopping or logistics would be advantageous.
