Autumn Search is proud to be exclusively partnering with an ambitious and rapidly expanding live-in home care provider that is redefining excellence in community-based care across the UK.
Following a period of sustained growth, the business has reached a pivotal stage in its journey and is seeking an exceptional Operations Executive to work directly alongside the Founder. This is far more than an operational leadership role—it's an opportunity to influence strategy, drive national growth, and play a key role in shaping the organisation's future.
