About Phoenix 2 Retail

Phoenix 2 Retail is the UK’s leading wholesaler specialising in vaping and nicotine products, providing innovative route-to-market solutions for global brands. Our mission is to lead in providing responsible smoking alternatives through innovation, education, and sustainability, creating a better future for retailers and consumers.

Our Values

These values guide our actions and decisions, ensuring we deliver outstanding results for our clients and employees.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, organised, and process-driven Operations Executive who enjoys keeping things moving and making sure the details are right. This is a key role within our Operations team, supporting the smooth running of our order processing and wider operational activity.

You’ll act as an important link between Sales, Accounts, Buying and Warehouse, helping to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You’ll take ownership of operational tasks, identify issues before they become problems, and support projects and process improvements that help the business work more efficiently.

If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping multiple moving parts under control, and seeing a process through from start to finish, you’ll fit right in.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting things organised and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. If solving problems, spotting issues, and making sure everything is where it needs to be gives you a quiet sense of satisfaction, you’ll fit perfectly here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
