Job title: Operations Executive – Consumer Competitions (Three-month contract)

Your new role

We're looking for someone organised, process-driven and comfortable with data to help run and set up Premium Rate competitions, working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, during the busy festive period.

Hours of work: 09:00–17:30. Hybrid working, with four office days in our Leicester Square office each week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up SMS marketing campaigns in our platform
  • Writing simple, impactful copy for SMS messages
  • Keeping documentation up to date with accurate data
  • Using Excel for basic segmentation and analysis
  • Assisting Global’s Customer Support team in resolving customer queries
  • Contacting winners and processing prizes
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the wider team’s activities by undertaking a number of operational tasks

What Success Looks Like

At the end of your three months, you’ll have:

  • Helped the team increase the volume and range of competition activity delivered during the busy Christmas period
  • Increased the team’s capacity by reliably taking ownership of important supporting tasks
  • Quickly developed proficiency in our platforms to set up a high volume of campaigns accurately and efficiently.
  • Contributed to a positive experience for players throughout their entry journey, whilst helping the Customer Support team to resolve queries promptly and smoothly

What You'll Need

  • The ability to stay highly organised and comfortably manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using spreadsheets and other Microsoft applications
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to write neat, straightforward copy.
  • Determination and perseverance to ensure work is completed accurately and to a high standard.
  • Confidence working with digital systems and tools, with the ability to learn new platform quickly.
