About Us

We're a fast-growing sales and marketing agency that helps B2B businesses generate high-quality sales opportunities through outbound lead generation, content marketing, and strategic campaigns.

Our operations team plays an important role in keeping the business running smoothly. From managing data and maintaining our systems to supporting internal teams and improving processes, the team ensures everyone has the tools and information they need to do their best work.

We're looking for a proactive and organised Operations Executive who has excellent attention to detail, enjoys solving problems, and is interested in using technology and AI to improve how things are done.

If you're keen to learn, comfortable working with data and technology, and take pride in producing accurate work, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As an Operations Executive, you'll support the day-to-day systems, data, and processes that keep the business running effectively.

  • You'll help manage datasets, help maintain our CRM and internal tools, produce documentation, and support teams across the business with operational tasks.
  • You'll also assist with onboarding, client reporting, and the tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Alongside your core responsibilities, you'll be encouraged to explore how AI, automation, and other technologies can reduce manual work and improve efficiency across the business. Full training will be provided, so you don't need previous experience with our systems or tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
