Customer Happiness Executive at London Nootropics 🍄
At London Nootropics, our mission is to help people stay balanced and find their flow - with delicious, best-in-class adaptogenic coffee that supports mental clarity, calm and focus.
We launched in March 2020 with a vision to make the best-in-class adaptogen extracts accessible and easy to add to our day to help us stay balanced and find our flow. As we grow, we remain committed to delivering not just exceptional products, but also exceptional care and support for every member of our community.
We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our team and help keep the engine running day-to-day: from raising purchase orders and maintaining inventory data, to supporting supplier projects and tracking fulfilment performance. If you love getting stuck into details, enjoy working with data and feel proud when things are organised and on time - we would love to hear from you.
About the role
As our Operations Executive, you’ll support the Operations Manager across the core building blocks of our supply chain and ops function. You’ll own key BAU workflows, help keep our databases and trackers accurate and support projects that improve how we work and how we deliver.
This is a hands-on role with opportunity to learn fast - perfect for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who’s hungry to grow in a high-pace startup environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you’ll be doing
- Operational BAU: Keep day-to-day ops running smoothly across suppliers, inbound deliveries and fulfilment (in-house, contract packers, UK + US 3PLs) as we scale in the UK and internationally. - Packaging / POC Projects: Research and shortlist suppliers, coordinate sample pulls and support new packaging projects
- Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve operations and customer experience
- AI & Automation: Build, test and maintain AI workflows and agents that support day-to-day ops - from inbox triage and supplier comms to inventory reporting and data clean-up. Spot repeatable tasks and turn them into automations.
