I’m working with a high-growth wellness brand that is continuing to scale across the UK and internationally. They’re looking for an ambitious Operations Executive to join their UK team and play an important role in keeping the operation running smoothly as the business grows.
About the Role
This is a broad, hands-on position covering supply chain, logistics, inventory, and order management. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations, commercial teams, and external partners, gaining exposure across the full operational cycle. You’ll:

- Support inventory management and product availability
- Manage day-to-day relationships with 3PL and logistics partners
- Coordinate inbound orders and support customer fulfillment
- Work alongside demand planning and procurement teams
- Monitor service levels and help resolve operational issues
- Identify opportunities to improve processes as the business scales
Your Experience
- 1+ years’ experience within operations, supply chain, logistics, or planning
- Experience working with ERP systems and ideally 3PL partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commercial, organized, and comfortable working across multiple priorities
- Proactive, hands-on, and excited by a fast-paced scale-up environment
