Operations Executive | Office based | North London | £25-28K + Commission
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a multi-award-winning travel business who are recruiting an Operations Executive to join their team.
The Role:
As Operations Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional post-booking support to travel agents partners, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will manage booking amendments across flights, hotels, car hire, and transfers, as well as process APIs and mobility forms. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure, all while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

You Will Have:
- Previous travel industry experience (essential)
- Knowledge of GDS (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage complex bookings and resolve issues efficiently
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to support the wider team

- Salary £25-28,000 plus commission
- 1 in 3 Saturdays required, with a day off during the week in lieu
- Fully office based in North London
