About Tide and Trove

Tide and Trove is an independent luxury jewellery house creating refined, heirloom-quality pieces inspired by antique craftsmanship and designed for the modern collector. In just a few years, we've become one of the UK's most exciting emerging fine jewellery brands, building a loyal international following—particularly across the United States—through our distinctive designs, exceptional craftsmanship and highly personal approach. Everything we create is considered, beautifully made and designed to be treasured for generations. We believe true luxury lies in craftsmanship, authenticity and meaningful relationships with our clients. Our aesthetic is understated, refined and timeless, with an unwavering commitment to quality in everything we do. We're ambitious, fast-moving and entering an exciting new chapter of growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding luxury brand at a pivotal stage in its journey. As the business grows, so too will this role, offering genuine opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and become an integral part of the future of Tide and Trove. International travel, particularly to the United States, is likely to become part of the role as we continue to grow our global client base.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to become an integral part of one of the UK's most exciting emerging luxury jewellery brands. Working directly alongside the founder, you'll become a trusted right hand, playing a pivotal role in the day-to-day running and continued growth of Tide and Trove. This is a position of genuine responsibility, where you'll be relied upon to bring structure, organisation and operational excellence to every aspect of the business. As Tide and Trove continues its rapid growth, both in the UK and internationally, you'll help build the operational foundations that support the next chapter of the brand. From refining systems and managing projects to overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring nothing is overlooked, you'll become instrumental in allowing the founder to focus on product development, client relationships and strategic growth. This is far more than a support role. It's an opportunity to help shape the future of an ambitious luxury brand from the inside. You'll work in close partnership with the founder, becoming deeply involved in the business and trusted to take ownership, make decisions and continually improve how we operate. For the right person, there is significant scope for the role to evolve as the business grows. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with Tide and Trove and become an indispensable part of its future.

The Role

As Operations & Executive Manager, you'll oversee the operational heartbeat of Tide and Trove. Your focus will be on creating a business that runs with precision, efficiency and calm. You'll bring structure to a fast-moving environment, implement systems that support growth and ensure every project, deadline and priority is managed seamlessly. Working closely with the founder every day, you'll create the time and headspace needed to focus on designing new collections, nurturing client relationships and continuing to grow the brand internationally. You'll become the person who instinctively knows what's happening across the business, keeps projects moving, anticipates what's needed next and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
