Job Description

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (£12.78-£13.30 per hour) + Client Performance Bonus & Tech Provided

Office Location: Woking (GU21 5BH)

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week from the Office, 2 days from home.

Contract: 37.5 Hours per week Fixed Term till 31/12/2026

We're looking for an Operations Executive to join our team and play a key role in ensuring seamless operational delivery across one of our key accounts. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, offering an excellent opportunity to build your skills and support a business that truly values its people.

What You'll Be Doing

Data Management

  • Downloading and quality-checking retailer sales data daily.
  • Ensuring master data is continuously accurate and aligned to our standard processes.
  • Communicating issues promptly with stakeholders to ensure quick resolution.

Operational Support

  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process for Account starters and leavers.
  • Creating, configuring, and testing field execution tools in line with client objectives.
  • Responding to operational queries raised via Manage Engine and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues.
  • Prioritising and managing all Account requests and escalating where appropriate.
  • Supporting field teams with visual brief creation, documentation, travel bookings, and fleet-related queries.
  • Contributing to territory and route optimisation using CACI.
  • Providing holiday and absence cover across the Operations Executive team.

Reporting & Financials

  • Completing ad-hoc reporting and basic analysis.
  • Managing and updating Account callfiles to required quality standards.
  • Reconciling your company credit card and supporting reconciliation activity for operational expenditure.

Strategic & Other Responsibilities

  • Contributing to continuous improvement and proposing new ways of working.
  • Supporting reception cover when required.
  • Completing one field visit per quarter.
  • Following all company policies, including GDPR and Health & Safety.
  • Taking accountability for your own personal development and training.

  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Confidence working with data and using analytical tools or formulas.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive mindset with the desire to improve processes and deliver great service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
