The Client
This is an opportunity to join a premium, design-led fashion brand with a strong reputation for creating contemporary products that feel relevant to the way people are shopping and living today. With sustainability at the heart of the brand and a loyal customer base across both wholesale and e-commerce, the business has built a distinctive position within the market and continues to grow.
As the business expands, there is a real focus on building the operational foundations to support that growth. From strengthening supply chain and fulfilment processes to improving systems and visibility across the business, this is a role where the successful candidate can have a genuine impact on how the operation works.
The Role
The Operations Executive will sit at the heart of the day-to-day operation, bringing together production, supply chain, logistics, inventory and fulfilment to make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll work closely with warehouse partners and teams across the business, keeping stock and delivery information accurate, identifying issues early and making sure plans stay on track.
It's also a role with plenty of opportunity to improve and build. With an ERP implementation underway, you'll become a key user of the new system while helping to introduce clearer processes, reporting and ways of working. For someone who enjoys getting into the detail but also wants to understand the bigger picture, it's a chance to take real ownership within a growing fashion business.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse, stock, order and fulfilment activity, resolving issues quickly and proactively.
- Own weekly intake planning and stock movement reporting across wholesale and e-commerce.
- Manage production schedules and critical path milestones, ensuring upcoming sales are fully covered.
- Build and communicate delivery plans, flagging potential delays or risks before they become issues.
- Coordinate operational planning for product launches and seasonal transitions across relevant teams.
- Prepare export documentation and ensure shipments are managed accurately and on time.
- Support the implementation of a new ERP system, including testing, troubleshooting and process mapping, becoming a key internal system expert.
- Develop operational reporting, SOPs and process documentation to improve visibility, consistency and efficiency.
- Work closely with Customer Service to identify recurring order, delivery and stock issues and develop preventative solutions.
- Monitor fulfilment SLAs and use data to identify exceptions and opportunities for improvement.
What the client would like to see (essential):
- Experience in an Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced consumer or fashion environment.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a genuinely rigorous approach to data accuracy.
- Excellent Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and building operational trackers and reports.
- Someone who is highly detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger operational picture.
- A proactive communicator who can work confidently across multiple teams and turn data into clear actions.
- A hands-on approach, with the initiative to identify problems and improve processes rather than simply manage them.

What we would like to see (bonus):
- Experience working with an ERP implementation or system change project.
- Experience across wholesale and e-commerce operations.
- Exposure to production planning, export documentation or fulfilment SLAs.
Location: London
Salary: £30,000-£30,000
Start-date: ASAP
