Operations Executive - Private Aviation
Location: London, Shoreditch
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Monday–Thursday in our London office, 08:00–17:00, with Friday working from home.
We are hiring 2 Flight Operations Specialists to join our growing London team:
- Junior Flight Operations Specialist: circa £35,000
- Experienced Flight Operations Specialist: circa £45,000
Salary will depend on experience. Both roles offer clear salary progression and commission eligibility following successful completion of probation.
Following successful training, both late-shift and weekend operational cover will form part of the role on a 1 in 5 rota.
- Late shift: Monday–Friday, 14:00–22:00
- Weekend cover: 1 in 5, with 2 days off in lieu
The Role
Once a private jet charter is confirmed, our Operations team helps ensure every detail is correctly coordinated through to completion.
You will work closely with brokers, aircraft operators, airports, FBOs, and suppliers, managing operational requirements, monitoring live flights, and resolving issues when plans change.

We are open to both:
- Junior candidates with strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail who want to build a career in private aviation
- Experienced candidates from aviation, flight operations, charter, travel, logistics, or a similar operational environment who can take on greater responsibility from day one
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute flight briefs and operational information
- Monitor live flights, delays, positioning sectors, and schedule changes
- Coordinate catering, chauffeurs, and other ancillary services
- Liaise with aircraft operators, FBOs, airports, and ground handlers
- Ensure passenger and operational requirements are correctly communicated
- Maintain accurate trip information and operational notes within our CRM
- Support brokers before and during flights
- Resolve day-of-flight operational issues quickly and professionally
- Assist with supplier invoices and booking financial updates
- Monitor active trips through to successful completion

Previous aviation experience is not required for the junior position, but is strongly preferred for the experienced hire.
