Operations Executive (Relocation to Dubai Included)
I am currently representing an ambitious high-growth international recruitment business that are looking to hire a driven and highly organised Operations Executive to support the day to day running of the business.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to relocate internationally and play a key role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with leadership and high-performing consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Business Support
- Oversee the smooth running of daily office and operational activities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
- Maintain and enhance internal processes and workflows
- Manage CRM/ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting

Recruitment & Sales Support
- Assist consultants with candidate onboarding and compliance checks
- Coordinate documentation and contract administration
- Produce reports on KPIs, placements, and overall performance
Relocation & HR Coordination
- Assist with relocation logistics including visa processing and onboarding
- Support HR administration and employee experience initiatives
- Work alongside office management to maintain a high-quality working environment
What They Are Looking For
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in operations, recruitment coordination, or office management is highly desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with CRM/ATS systems is desirable
- Open to relocating to Dubai
