Description
This organisation is a rapidly expanding specialist in Complex Care, regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the Treatment of Disease, Disorder, or Injury (TDDI). The business operates on the core principle that “The Best People Care,” focusing on high-acuity clinical support rather than standard domiciliary services.
The mission is to deliver exceptional, bespoke care driven by a collaborative approach with service users and care partners. The group aspires to ensure that every individual receiving care feels truly at the centre of the service, supported by unique outcomes and aspirations, regardless of the complexity of their needs.
The Operations Executive is a strategic role focused on the bespoke acquisition, clinical matching, and quality assurance of high-calibre Support Workers and Nurses.
Clover Care requires an individual who can translate complex clinical requirements into a targeted recruitment strategy. This role is the "front line" of our quality standards; you will identify, interview, and match staff for service users with severe complex needs (including Ventilation and Brain Injuries).
Note: This is a pure talent acquisition and matching role. All ongoing rota management and shift bookings are handled by a dedicated Care Coordinator.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
