Operations Executive

Hammersmith (4 days in office, 1 day at home)

Up to £30,000 + Travel Allowance + Bonus

We’re excited to be partnering again with Podkováň Brewery, which has been brewing traditional Czech lager in the heart of Bohemia for over 600 years.

We’re looking for a bright, adaptable, and commercially curious Business & Operations Coordinator to join the team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with the Managing Director and wider team. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, taking ownership, and understanding how a business works.

The Role:

You’ll play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly, with responsibilities across:

• Managing Director support – diary management, meetings, reports, presentations, and day-to-day coordination.
• Business & office administration – maintaining records, product information, systems, and general commercial administration.
• Import, logistics & supply chain – coordinating shipments, deliveries, and collections; liaising with warehouses, transport providers, breweries, and customs brokers; tracking deliveries and handling relevant documentation.
• Commercial & sales support – preparing quotations and presentations, processing orders, supporting customers, and maintaining our CRM and website.
• Events & trade support – helping coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, beer festivals, and occasional pub activations.
• Finance administration – customer and supplier account reconciliation, invoicing support, and working with external accountants.
• Research & projects – researching suppliers, competitors, products, and markets, improving processes and systems, and supporting new business initiatives.
