Are you a proactive problem-solver who keeps projects on track, supports teams to succeed, and helps client relationships thrive? We’re seeking an Operations Executive to help support our expanding team.
Predatech is a Manchester-based cyber security consultancy dedicated to providing exceptional technical services to over 300 organisations across the UK. Our team of experts work closely with clients to assess their unique security needs, implement effective safeguards, and proactively defend against cyber threats.
The Role:
As our Operations Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our consultancy, providing operational support that enable our team to focus on delivering exceptional results. This role offers significant scope for professional growth and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and sending proposals and contracts for new and existing clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and a high standard of presentation.
- Assisting in the coordination of client deliverables and deadlines, helping teams stay on track and ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Supporting the onboarding of new hires by providing operational guidance and helping them access the tools and resources they need.
- Overseeing client invoicing and payment tracking, ensuring timely billing and accurate records.
- Arranging team meals/activities and supporting marketing initiatives.

Who We're Looking For:
The following skills and experience are essential for the role:
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrating a keen eye for precision and accuracy across various tasks and projects.
- Good organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Able to effectively collaborate with team members and clients while maintaining a high level of productivity and focus.

In addition, the following experience would be highly desirable:
- Previous experience in maintaining client relationships and operations.
- Previous experience working for an IT or cyber security company.
What We Can Offer:
- Up to £40,000 salary (DOE)
