Key responsibilities

Procurement and logistics

  • Process purchase orders once quotes have been approved, ensuring order details, pricing and delivery requirements are accurate.
  • Prepare and place supplier orders, monitor their progress and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
  • Receive incoming goods, check them against orders, scan and label items, update stock records and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate outgoing goods with the engineering and technical teams so equipment is prepared, documented and delivered to site on schedule.
  • Coordinate international shipments for overseas projects, including liaising with freight forwarders and couriers, preparing shipping and export documentation, tracking consignments and confirming delivery arrangements.
  • Process return merchandise authorisations and other returns, tracking replacements or refunds through to completion.
  • Build effective relationships with regular and ad hoc suppliers.
  • Obtain competitive quotations and support purchasing decisions based on price, quality, availability and delivery times.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing, stock, shipment and supplier records, and help resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
