Operations Executive

Scrumbles is a fast-growing, purpose-driven pet food brand improving the lives of cats and dogs through gut-friendly, natural food. In this next exciting chapter of growth, we're looking for a Operations Executive to keep Scrumbles products flowing and available as we continue to grow.

You’ll work closely with our warehouse and supply partners to manage inbound supply and inventory availability, making sure we have the right stock, in the right place, at the right time. You’ll spot risks early, make them visible and drive action through the supply chain to protect availability.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Inbound supply: Own PO tracking from supplier through to warehouse receipt.
  • Availability: Monitor stock, demand and future supply to identify shortages early.
  • Issue resolution: Coordinate suppliers, warehouses and internal teams to resolve risks and minimise out-of-stocks.
  • Warehouse performance: Monitor performance against agreed SLAs, investigate issues and ensure corrective actions are followed through.
  • Inventory control: Maintain accurate system and physical stock through regular checks and reconciliation.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes and supply-chain reliability.
  • S&OP: Prepare supply and inventory inputs for the S&OP process, highlight risks and follow through on agreed actions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
