Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and structure financial and administrative processes (e.g. invoice verification, document management)
  • Support accounting in accounts payable and receivable processes as well as month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Process customer orders including order entry, invoicing, and data maintenance in ERP systems
  • Assist in quotation preparation and ensure accuracy of pricing and master data
  • Handle purchasing activities including purchase order processing and supplier communication
  • Act as a key interface between sales, purchasing, finance, and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations while maintaining accurate data and documentation
  • Contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in back office, or administrative roles with a financial focus
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and understanding of purchasing and sales processes
  • First Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP/S/4HANA) and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style with a strong affinity for numbers
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different stakeholders
