About The Role
As an Operations Generalist at Rex.zone, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of complex AI data operations. This full-time, remote position based in the UK requires a strategic thinker capable of bridging the gap between engineering, product, and data annotation teams. You will ensure training data quality, enforce annotation guidelines compliance, and implement robust process improvement strategies to accelerate large language model evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing cross-functional team collaboration to support LLM training pipelines.

Qualifications And Skills
- Deep expertise in business operations optimization within the tech or AI sector.
- Proven track record in project management, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership.
- Familiarity with NLP workflows, QA evaluation, and prompt evaluation.
- Experience working as a remote operations expert for BPOs or annotation vendors.
