Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Office Management: Oversee daily workplace operations to maintain a highly organized, efficient, and professional environment.
• Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and monitor office supply and pantry costs against the budget.
• Financial Administration: Create POs, track general expenses in compliance with company policy, and partner closely with the Finance team to follow up on payments.
• Global Logistics: Coordinate international travel in alignment with the global operations team, and manage complex cross-timezone meeting schedules.

HR

• Global Alignment: Collaborate closely with global HR functions to streamline and align local recruitment efforts.
• Employee Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end local employee experience, including seamless onboarding for new joiners and executing off-boarding processes.
• Team Culture: Plan and execute office happy hours and team-building events in accordance with the HR plan and budget.

• Financial Diligence: Sharp attention to detail regarding expenses, PO creation, and tracking budgets.
