About the role
The Operations & HR Specialist serves as the operational backbone of our London office. This dual role balances daily workplace management, global logistics, and financial administration with local HR support. You will partner closely with global teams to ensure a smooth workspace and a seamless employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Office Management: Oversee daily workplace operations to maintain a highly organized, efficient, and professional environment.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and monitor office supply and pantry costs against the budget.
- Financial Administration: Create POs, track general expenses in compliance with company policy, and partner closely with the Finance team to follow up on payments.
- Global Logistics: Coordinate international travel in alignment with the global operations team, and manage complex cross-timezone meeting schedules.
HR
- Global Alignment: Collaborate closely with global HR functions to streamline and align local recruitment efforts.
- Employee Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end local employee experience, including seamless onboarding for new joiners and executing off-boarding processes.
- Team Culture: Plan and execute office happy hours and team-building events in accordance with the HR plan and budget.

Requirements
- Operations Management: Proven ability to manage resources and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Able to work effectively across local teams, global departments, and external vendors.
- Financial Diligence: Sharp attention to detail regarding expenses, PO creation, and tracking budgets.
- Key Attributes: Highly organized, adaptable to shifting priorities, strong team spirit, and a proactive can-do attitude.
