Our Public Sector client based in Milton Keynes are seeking a DV Cleared Operations Incident Commander to join on a 6 month rolling, long term contract.
If you are someone who has operated in Senior positions, not necessarily in NOC, SOC or Cyber but any DV Cleared environment and you have strong leadership, stakeholder management and experience making critical decisions then this could be a fantastic role for you to expand your career portfolio.
Role Purpose
- Lead real-time operational decision-making across multiple critical domains.
- Maintain a single operational picture and direct integrated incident response.
- Act as the on-shift command authority in a 24×7 environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational command during service, cyber, network and physical security events.
- Lead unified triage, escalation and communication during incidents.
- Coordinate cross-functional resolver teams to restore stability.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, decisions and shift reporting.
- Escalate major incidents to senior leadership when required.
What You Bring
- Strong leadership under pressure with clear, confident decision making.
- Experience in service management, incident management or operational command roles.
- Ability to maintain situational awareness across multiple technical domains.
- Excellent communication - concise, calm and authoritative.
- Active DV clearance
