Operations Integrator - Freshly Squeezed Events
Location: Ascot
Reports to: CEO
The Opportunity
Freshly Squeezed Events has built a successful and fast-growing business delivering exceptional brand and client experiences. As the company enters its next stage of growth, we are looking for an Operations Integrator to strengthen operational leadership and ensure the business can scale sustainably.
This role sits at the heart of the organisation and is responsible for ensuring the business runs smoothly day to day. The Operations Integrator brings structure, clarity and operational discipline across the company, enabling the team to consistently deliver high-quality events while protecting margin, team wellbeing and client satisfaction.
The role works in close partnership with Liz, the Commercial Integrator, and the founders to ensure strong alignment between commercial growth and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead the operational running of the business day to day, ensuring clarity, consistency and accountability across delivery.
- Oversee the delivery of events across the portfolio
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the expected standard
- Identify operational risks early and resolve issues quickly
- Translate leadership priorities into clear operational execution
Delivery Excellence
- Strengthen the structure and discipline behind event delivery.
- Establish clear delivery processes from proposal to post-event review
- Introduce consistent project planning frameworks
- Ensure best practice across briefing, planning, supplier coordination and execution
- Lead post-event reviews to capture learning and improve future delivery
The goal is to move from heroic delivery to predictable excellence.
Resourcing and Capacity Planning
- Ensure the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.
- Manage resourcing across the delivery team
- Balance team workload and identify capacity gaps early
- Coordinate use of freelancers and external support
- Support recruitment planning as the business grows This role becomes the central coordination point for delivery capacity across the business.

Operational Systems and Processes
- Design and implement operational systems that support growth.
- Introduce clear project management tools and templates
- Develop operational playbooks and delivery standards
- Improve internal communication and project handovers
- Continuously refine processes to increase efficiency and quality The focus is on building simple, scalable systems that enable creativity rather than constrain it.
Financial and Commercial Discipline
- Ensure operational decisions support the financial health of the business.
- Improve visibility of project profitability
- Track delivery costs and resource utilisation
- Support forecasting and resourcing decisions
- Ensure operational discipline protects project margins
Leadership Rhythm and Accountability
- Strengthen operational discipline across the organisation.
- Run structured operational reviews and delivery check-ins
- Track progress on operational priorities
- Ensure accountability for delivery standards and commitments
- Provide operational insight to support leadership decisions
Team Leadership
- Support the delivery team to perform at their best.
- Provide operational leadership and guidance
- Create clarity around roles and expectations
- Encourage collaboration across teams
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 12 months, the Operations Integrator will have:
- Established clear operational processes and delivery frameworks
- Improved visibility of project profitability and delivery costs
- Created stronger resourcing discipline across the team
- Reduced operational pressure on the founders and leadership team
- Enabled the team to deliver consistently high-quality events with greater efficiency

Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with strong operational leadership experience in a fast-paced, project-led environment. Ideal experience includes:
- Operations leadership, production management or delivery leadership roles
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, agencies, production or similar environments
- Proven experience improving operational systems and delivery processes
- Strong project management and organisational capability
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in a growing SME or founder-led business
