Fuse Energy is an energy startup on a mission to make energy abundant and affordable, fast. We combine first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system.

We're building a fully integrated energy company: developing our own solar, batteries and other generation projects, building our own hardware, improving and developing grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, using AI across the business, and installing distributed energy in homes. We're looking for Operations Interns to join our London office in Canary Wharf. This 3-month paid internship is a chance to gain hands-on experience in a high-performance startup, with exposure to operators behind Revolut and a real working knowledge of how our systems serve customers. The role starts customer-facing, since a ground-up approach is the best way to learn our product and the energy industry. High performers can fast-track and join Fuse full-time, with the chance to grow across different business areas.

- STEM degree from a top university
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborating skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Great attention to detail
- Strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with working across various software applications
- London based and authorised to work in the UK (Fuse does not sponsor visas for internships)
- Programming experience is a plus, but not necessary
